ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

If you would like to cancel an order, please reach out to us before it is shipped. Once it has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. We do not allow changes or modifications to orders once they have been placed. We are unable to add or remove items from your order. If you wish to change the shipping address, please notify us immediately. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed in time for delivery.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any defective or damaged products due to shipping. Please send us proof of the damaged items within 3 days of delivery, and we will process a full refund.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • The item has been used or altered and is not in the same condition as it was received. The item must be returned in its original, resellable condition. We will not accept returns if the item has any stains or odors.

  • Your order did not arrive due to your own errors, such as providing the wrong shipping address.

EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not honour exchanges on sale items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange the product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at travelkeysinfo@gmail.com

The item must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of wear, stains, or damage that wasn't there previously. The item cannot have any irregular smells. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these criteria.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will proceed with the exchange process. We will cover the cost of shipping and delivery of the new item. Please note that we only offer exchanges for products of the same or lesser value than the original item.
